Class D felony DWI reduced to Class B misdemeanor. 

Business owner pulled over for speeding. Officer claimed driver stumbled from driver’s seat, used vehicle’s door for balance, failed HGN, WAT and OLS tests, had slurred speech, bloodshot eyes, and refused the portable breath test at the scene and the evidentiary breath test at the station.
